Owned and managed by the property owner's, Mark and Donna take great pride in this property. The owners maintain and maintenance, Kona Luana Condominium regularly.  We now have the right house cleaners for the job after weeding out 5 or 6 services, Chris and Laurel are, by far, the best.

All because they take care of business today and not tomorrow. You won't make everyone happy but you sure can try. I remember one complaint from a guest that couldn't be addressed, "The Waves were to loud". Oh well, if you don't like the sound of waves, don't chose this place. But if you like a very clean and well stocked rental, one where you can hear the waves crash below your lanai, actually see the dolphins and whales while not having to drive anywhere, then you've chosen the right place.

Throughout the years and have traveled to many places, Hawaii is our favorite, that is why, in 2008, we purchased Kona Luana. A 3 story, 3 unit condominium, purchasing units 2 and 3.  A place we hope to visit often and retire too soon. Living on the Big Island is about as close as it gets to being in heaven.

Imagine driving without traffic, where people are very friendly and the beaches are breathtaking. The Hawaiian Islands claim 8 - 11 of the worlds 14 climate zones. The sunsets, spectacular and weather, always outstanding.
